You can return unused goods to Bergzeit within 100 days (your statutory rights are not affected by this):
1. Register your returns using our returns portal.
2. Send the items with sufficient postage* to the following address:

*For unstamped returns, we are obliged to charge you the increased shipping fees of the courier (€18).
3. After receipt of the return shipment, the original purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. You will be kept informed about the status of your return via e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team after registering your return, and you will be provided with a free returns label. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like the item in a different color or size, you must place a new order in our online shop.
